1) Nice facilities (swimming pool, spa, restaurant, free afternoon tea, pooltable); 2) Very friendly and helpfull staff; 3) Almost a resort - just off a main road in Yogyakarta therefore quiet location; 4) Nice atmosphere in the lobby and entrance.
1) You need a taxi to get to the centre of Yogyakarta; 2) Shower was bit primative - however in line with price level of hotel; 3) We had bad luck with a bus of school-children to check in late - which caused major noise disturbance which staff could not master.

During my xmas trip, the hotel offered good facilities such as clean and comfortable rooms, as well as nice décor. The hotel was also located in a quiet area and very close to popular city attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful, and provided great recommendations for places to visit.
The food was not up to par and the breakfast buffet lacked variety. The wifi signal was weak and inconsistent, making it difficult to stay connected.

in the city, easy to get around
the hotel room facility offered, as I seen on the internet is contrarery to the fact, it was old hotel room. The renovated room is not offered on this Booked.net. No wonder they gave attractive rate. What they posted (hotel room facility) is different to the reality.

The hotel is situated near various dining options and easily accessible by taxi. There are plenty of food outlets next door as well as a 24-hour convenience store. the staff is friendly and prompt to respond to any issues like fixing leaky AC or bringing complimentary bottled water.
The hotel experiences reservation issues and may have old and dirty rooms.

First and foremost location. I was in Jogja to attend my son convocation at ugm and this hotel location is really superb close to the university. The hotel is also surrounded by little shops and eating places too. We stayed in the standard triple room. Its too basic and small. If I ever stayed at this hotel again I would choose a better and bigger room. Anyway its value for money you get what you pay for. Since we stayed only 2nites we managed to visit one of the biggest shopping mall called Ambarokmo Plaza or Amplaz.
Bath room sink not properly fix. Towels were very old and worn out. No fridge. Insufficient power point. We had to boil water on the floor because the power point is located under the dressing table.

We spent New Year's Eve in this hotel and we had a blast! the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. the location was excellent, close to popular tourist sites and local restaurants. the room was spacious and clean, and the amenities were great. We especially enjoyed the pool and the delicious local food served at the restaurant.
That the hotel didn't serve alcohol or any western-style breakfast items. this didn't affect our overall experience since we were able to find a convenience store nearby and enjoyed trying out local dishes for breakfast.

We loved the hotel's location! It's situated in a busy area close to the city center and offers easy access to a variety of eateries, the Molioboro street market, and a convenient store. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, including the excellent hot water in the shower and tea/coffee-making facilities in the room. The staff provided outstanding service, and we appreciated the courteous and helpful attitude they displayed throughout our stay.
No complaints. The hotel met our expectations and provided us with a great stay in this city.
